This is a vital role ensuring that essential health and safety checks, particularly for electrical safety checks and annual gas servicing, are carried out in our tenanted homes.
You will identify all properties where access has not been gained, contact those residents by a variety of means and ensure access is given.
You need great interpersonal skills, the ability to work on your own initiative and be comfortable obtaining and analysing data.
The role will require home visits and some out of hours working, and collaboration with other teams and agencies will be necessary.
