Joining our Graduate Programme means gaining valuable experience in a dynamic, forward‑thinking environment, while developing the capabilities that will support long‑term career growth. You’ll have the opportunity to make a meaningful impact—helping businesses thrive, supporting the smooth operation of our ports, and contributing to projects that shape the UK’s infrastructure and renewable energy future. For you, this means joining a business that’s evolving, ambitious, and making a real difference.

About the Role

As a Business Intelligence Graduate, you will help deliver value from data to support the company’s transition towards a more data‑driven culture. Working closely with stakeholders across the business, you’ll help unlock new insights, improve data availability and quality, and support better decision‑making through clear, actionable intelligence. This role offers hands‑on experience across the full BI lifecycle, combining technical development with collaboration, communication, and continuous learning as you grow towards owning end‑to‑end BI projects.
