Responsibilities
- Capture, manage, and transform high‑quality data into insightful intelligence.
- Develop and maintain efficient data systems with the Head of Data Insights & Intelligence.
- Create insightful reports and dashboards to aid decision‑making across the organisation.
- Guide teams in accessing and interpreting data, ensuring compliance with national data reporting requirements.
- Utilise technical skills and tools like Power BI to uncover trends and opportunities.
- Solve data challenges and improve data quality.

Requirements
- Expertise in analysing and interpreting complex data.
- Confidence in working with large datasets.
- Proficiency in SQL, DAX, and advanced Excel.
- Problem‑solving skills under pressure.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to present technical data accessibly.
- Team collaboration skills.
Preferred
- Experience with Power BI and public health datasets.
- Statistical analysis experience.
- Management experience of teams, projects, or NHS contracts.
