Join us as a Senior Governance Manager

What you’ll do

As a Senior Governance Manager, you’ll offer advice on a range of corporate governance matters up to executive committee and board level, while identifying opportunities to improve the corporate governance frameworks and its processes.

Alongside this, you’ll manage relationships with, provide briefings to and act as a point of contact to stakeholders for advice on corporate governance matters. You’ll also ensure that the statutory records of our businesses are maintained in line with legal and regulatory requirements.

The skills you’ll need

To be successful in this role, you’ll need an understanding of the company secretarial and regulatory environments pertaining to large and complex financial services organisations. You’ll also need to be able to manage highly confidential information in a discreet and professional manner. Knowledge of our bank’s structure, its businesses and key issues facing the banking sector will be an advantage.
