Job overview

The Sourcing Manager for ICT with a focus on clinical will provide procurement advice and delivery of procurement activities working closely with colleagues across the Trust. The job holder will work with a wide range of stakeholders in Clinical Directorates, ICT and Data Research, Innovation and Virtual Environments (DRIVE), the Trust’s innovation unit through data and digital technologies, with partnerships across the NHS, industry and academia. The job holder will use competitive tendering to deliver value for money for the Trust. They will also advice on Standing Financial Instructions and Scheme of Delegation to ensure these are appropriate understood and implemented. Delivery of savings working collaboratively with stakeholders will be an integral part of the role.

We succeeded in ensuring the recruitment process for all admin and clerical roles at Bands 2-4 will be a two stage recruitment process whereby shortlisted candidates will undertake an online literacy, numeracy, ICT and typing test.
