PROPOSED SALARY RANGE: £70,000 - £80,000 negotiable depending on relevant skills, knowledge and experience. The expected salary range for this role reflects internal benchmarking and external market insights.

As a Lead Analyst within the Content Analytics team, your role will manage the News, and Nations and Regions divisions. Working in collaboration with the Head of Content Analytics, you will look to identify where data and analysis can have the highest strategic impact, delivering audience insight to inform our commissioning. In addition to the line management of 4 analysts, you will also work hands-on to adapt often complex data into high-quality visualisations and tangible recommendations.
Within Content Analytics, you will have the opportunity to work at the heart of our strategy, helping to build the bridge between our audiences and the content we create in order to help build a BBC fit for the future. The wider team of 10 enthusiastic, skilled analysts spans all BBC products, allowing for varied development opportunities as you build your career with us.
