An exciting opportunity to join a forward-thinking business in security and remote monitoring. As an Assistant IT Manager you will play a key role in shaping and executing the IT strategy, focusing on service delivery, infrastructure, information security, business continuity, and project management.
Responsibilities
- Assist with the development and execution of IT strategy and roadmaps
- Manage technologies and provide administrative support for various systems
- Control and monitor data, network access and backup systems
- IT troubleshooting and provision of technical support
- Negotiate and communicate with third-party providers for software and troubleshooting
- Problem resolution and clear communication with stakeholders
Qualifications / Experience
- Experience with managed technologies and providing administrative assistance for various systems
- Experience in controlling and monitoring data, network access and backups
- IT troubleshooting and provision of technical support
- Negotiating and communicating with third-party providers for new software and troubleshooting
- Strong problem resolution and communication skills
