Global Mobility & International Benefits Lead
The Global Mobility International Benefits Lead is responsible for designing and managing international employee mobility programs, including cross-border moves and benefits, ensuring compliance, simplicity, and a positive employee experience across multiple countries.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead support for international moves, cross-border working, and benefits for employees outside the core home market.
- Develop frameworks, provide clear advice, and simplify complex international mobility and benefits topics.
- Ensure compliance with policies and regulations related to global mobility and employee benefits.
- Enhance employee experience by building practical and thoughtful international mobility programs.
Requirements
- Experience in supporting international moves, cross-border working, and benefits for employees outside the company's core home market.
- Ability to build good frameworks, give clear advice, and make complex topics related to international mobility and benefits feel easier for employees, managers, and internal teams.
- Knowledge of the details involved in global mobility, international benefits, policies, and compliance related to cross-border employment.
- Strong understanding of policies and regulations affecting international employee benefits and mobility.
- Experience in developing and implementing practical, clear, and thoughtful employee experiences across different countries.
- Ability to support and advise on international relocation processes, cross-border working arrangements, and employee benefits outside the core home market.
- Proven ability to simplify complex international mobility and benefits topics for diverse audiences including employees, managers, and internal teams.
- Experience in building and maintaining frameworks and programs related to global mobility and international benefits.
- Strong communication skills to provide clear advice and support on international mobility and benefits topics.
- Experience working at the intersection of people, policy, compliance, and employee experience in a global context.
