Are you passionate about making a real difference in your community while growing your career? If so, this is your opportunity to use your skills to help us deliver value, quality, and great service.
The Role
As a Community Housing Administrator, you’ll play a vital role at the heart of our Community Housing team. You’ll provide high‑quality administrative and customer support that helps our Community Housing Officers deliver a compassionate, effective service to tenants and communities. You’ll be the first point of contact for many enquiries, ensuring every interaction is accurately recorded, understood, and followed through. From advising tenants on their occupation contracts to coordinating responses, managing information, and supporting the team’s work, you’ll help keep our services running smoothly and responsively. Working collaboratively with colleagues and external partners, you’ll contribute to a strengths‑based housing service that puts tenants first, supports safer communities, and reflects our values in everything we do.
About You
You’re organised, people‑focused and take pride in getting the details right. You enjoy working at pace, juggling priorities, and providing clear, professional support — all while keeping tenants and communities at the centre of your work. You’ll bring strong administrative skills, confidence using IT systems, and the ability to communicate clearly with a wide range of people, including tenants, colleagues and partner agencies. You’re comfortable handling sensitive information, problem‑solving day to day issues, and knowing when to elevate concerns appropriately. Most importantly, you share our commitment to delivering a kind, collaborative service — working accurately, safely and proactively to make a positive difference for the people we serve.
Why Join Trivallis?
We are a community mutual housing association owned by our tenants, rooted in our local communities, and working through collaboration and partnership. Joining us means becoming part of a supportive, inclusive, and forward‑thinking team. We value our people and are committed to helping you develop your skills and achieve your goals.
