Job Overview
We’re looking for a .NET Developer (Mid-Level) to join our expanding development team. The team works in an Agile (Kanban) environment, delivering customer‑focused solutions aligned to our IT strategy.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain high‑quality, scalable software solutions
- Take ownership of features from design through to deployment and support
- Collaborate with product managers and stakeholders to define and shape requirements
- Ensure performance, security, and reliability of applications
- Conduct code reviews and promote best practices across the team
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues
- Contribute to continuous improvement of development processes and standards
- Act as the customer’s voice and support delivery of customer‑first solutions across our platforms
- Use AI tools to improve efficiency and reduce repetitive tasks
- Apply critical thinking to AI‑generated outputs and balance AI‑driven efficiency with human insight
- Design and build robust .NET / C# applications and APIs
- Work across the full stack (APIs, databases, mobile, cloud)
- Build and manage cloud‑based solutions using Azure
- Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines with Azure DevOps
- Contribute to system architecture and technical design decisions
- Maintain clear technical documentation (architecture, APIs)
- Optimize application performance, scalability, and security
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues with minimal disruption
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
- At least 4 years of experience as a .NET developer or similar role
- Strong proficiency in the .NET stack (C#, APIs, backend development)
- Experience with at least one of the following (ideally both):
- Experience working across full‑stack development (APIs, databases, and/or mobile/front‑end)
- Strong problem‑solving skills and attention to detail
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to work directly with stakeholders
- Experience building or maintaining CI/CD pipelines with Azure DevOps
- Comfortable working in a small, collaborative team with end‑to‑end ownership
- Experience with Agile or Kanban methodologies (desirable)
