Job Overview

We’re looking for a .NET Developer (Mid-Level) to join our expanding development team. The team works in an Agile (Kanban) environment, delivering customer‑focused solutions aligned to our IT strategy.

Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and maintain high‑quality, scalable software solutions
  • Take ownership of features from design through to deployment and support
  • Collaborate with product managers and stakeholders to define and shape requirements
  • Ensure performance, security, and reliability of applications
  • Conduct code reviews and promote best practices across the team
  • Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues
  • Contribute to continuous improvement of development processes and standards
  • Act as the customer’s voice and support delivery of customer‑first solutions across our platforms
  • Use AI tools to improve efficiency and reduce repetitive tasks
  • Apply critical thinking to AI‑generated outputs and balance AI‑driven efficiency with human insight
  • Design and build robust .NET / C# applications and APIs
  • Work across the full stack (APIs, databases, mobile, cloud)
  • Build and manage cloud‑based solutions using Azure
  • Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines with Azure DevOps
  • Contribute to system architecture and technical design decisions
  • Maintain clear technical documentation (architecture, APIs)
  • Optimize application performance, scalability, and security
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues with minimal disruption

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
  • At least 4 years of experience as a .NET developer or similar role
  • Strong proficiency in the .NET stack (C#, APIs, backend development)
  • Experience with at least one of the following (ideally both):
  • Experience working across full‑stack development (APIs, databases, and/or mobile/front‑end)
  • Strong problem‑solving skills and attention to detail
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to work directly with stakeholders
  • Experience building or maintaining CI/CD pipelines with Azure DevOps
  • Comfortable working in a small, collaborative team with end‑to‑end ownership
  • Experience with Agile or Kanban methodologies (desirable)
