Job Description:

Kantar is the world’s leading AI-native marketing data and analytics business and an indispensable brand partner to the world’s top companies. We combine the most meaningful attitudinal and behavioural data with deep expertise and advanced analytics to uncover how people think and act. We help clients understand what has happened and why and how to shape the marketing strategies that shape their future.

At Kantar, you’ll join a team that sits at the heart of how data becomes decisions. As a Data Analyst in our Panels Performance & Business Intelligence team, you’ll strengthen the analytical foundations that underpin our panel solutions. Working closely with colleagues across data science, engineering, technology and our Global Delivery Centres, you’ll help ensure our models are robust, scalable and genuinely useful for clients and internal teams alike.

This role is ideal if you enjoy combining analytical thinking with practical delivery – taking models from idea to production, spotting opportunities for improvement, and explaining complex findings in a way that others can act on.

Why this job is important

We’re known for our data. Help us turn it into insight that makes a real difference.

What you’ll be doing

  • Maintaining and improving analytical models used in day-to-day panel operations
  • Analysing model outputs to identify performance issues and opportunities to enhance results
  • Working with global delivery and technology teams to support production‑ready data models and BI solutions
  • Running statistical and exploratory analyses to uncover actionable insights
  • Communicating analytical findings clearly to both technical and non-technical colleagues

The ideal skills & experience

  • Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills, with a natural curiosity for data
  • Experience using SQL and at least one analytical language such as Python or R
  • A solid understanding of statistics and machine learning fundamentals
  • Experience working with data transformation or ETL tools (DBT is a plus)
  • Confidence explaining technical concepts to non-technical audiences
  • A collaborative mindset and comfort working with distributed, cross‑functional teams

What’s in it for you

  • Flexible hybrid working (two to three days in the office)
  • 25 days leave, 2 days paid for volunteering and life event leave
  • Competitive salary and bonus (bonus dependent on role)
  • Company pension
  • Enhanced parental leave
  • Healthcare options
  • Wide range of flexible benefits

You’ll be joining our Profiles division, home to specialists in survey design, sampling and data science. With the world’s largest audience network (over 170 million people), we’re trusted by many of the world’s leading brands to provide amazing insights from real people.

What about Kantar itself? Well, we shape the brands of tomorrow by better understanding people everywhere. By understanding people, we can understand what drives their decisions, actions, and aspirations on a global scale. And if we combine the expertise of our people with the latest AI technology, we can really help brands discover some amazing insights.

And because we know people, we like to make sure our own people are being looked after as well. Equality of opportunity for everyone is our highest priority and we support our colleagues to work in a way works for them. We encourage applications from all backgrounds and sections of society. Even if you feel like you’re not an exact match, we’d love to receive your application and talk to you about this job or others with us.
