We are now seeking a Senior Technical Paraplanner to join our established and growing Financial Planning team based in Staverton. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced paraplanner to take on a senior technical role, supporting advisors with complex planning work and high‑quality client outcomes.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Producing comprehensive financial planning reports across a broad range of advice areas
- Drafting technical documents and client presentations, clearly explaining complex planning issues
- Working closely with financial planners to support advice delivery for both new and existing clients
- Liaising directly with clients, including ultra‑high‑net‑worth individuals
- Collaborating with the administration and wider planning team to support efficient client servicing
What We’re Looking For
- At least five years’ experience in Financial Services, primarily in a paraplanning or technical role
- Full Diploma in Financial Planning (essential), with progression towards Advanced Diploma or Chartered status
- Recent experience supporting advice on personal protection, pre‑ and post‑retirement planning and core financial planning areas
- Experience using tools such as Microdecisions, Analytics, Voyant and CashCalc
- A methodical, detail‑focused approach with strong technical knowledge
- A proactive attitude, confidence to use initiative and strong communication skills
