Senior Finance Manager – Commercial Finance (Consumer / Lifestyle Brands)
London (4 days office/1 day remote)
We’re working with a fast‑growing international brand collective operating across apparel, accessories and licensed products, supporting continued expansion across Europe.
We are looking for a Senior Finance Manager to play a key role in driving financial performance and supporting commercial decision‑making across the business.
This is a highly visible position, working closely with Sales, Operations and senior leadership — ideal for someone who enjoys being close to the action rather than sitting purely in reporting.
The Role
You’ll act as a true finance business partner, helping the business understand performance, plan effectively and make better decisions.
Key areas include:
- Leading monthly financial reporting and ensuring accuracy across P&L and balance sheet
- Owning forecasting and budgeting cycles, adapting plans in line with trading performance
- Partnering with commercial teams to evaluate customer, product and channel performance
- Identifying risks and opportunities across revenue, margin, inventory and logistics
- Supporting investment decisions, including marketing spend and growth initiatives
- Driving improvements in reporting, processes and overall financial visibility
- Managing and developing a junior team member
What you must bring:
- Experience in retail, consumer goods, fashion or a product‑led environment
- Strong commercial finance or business partnering backgroundConfident working with senior stakeholders across non‑finance teams
- Analytical mindset with the ability to turn data into clear, actionable insight
- Comfortable operating in a fast‑paced, international environment
