We are looking for Licensed Pharmacists to help train and evaluate cutting-edge AI models. As AI begins to play a larger role in healthcare, these systems must be guided by pharmaceutical experts.

If you have the necessary experience, we’ll send you a quick test to assess your skills and suitability for AI tasks. If successful, you’ll be invited to join Prolific as a Domain Expert, where you’ll be paid to train and evaluate powerful AI models.

Researchers looking for your skills pay up to $120 USD/hr per task completed, depending on skills and experience level. You must be prepared to complete tasks that require one hour of uninterrupted focus, though many are shorter.

What you’ll bring

  • Verified Status: Current license/registration in good standing (e.g., PharmD, RPh, or equivalent) and board certification where applicable.
  • Clinical Expertise: Recent experience in retail, clinical, or hospital pharmacy, with comfort in evaluating drug interactions, dosing, and therapeutic reasoning.
  • Precision: Strong attention to detail and the ability to focus on complex medical data for up to one hour.
  • Technical Readiness: A reliable, fast internet connection, a computer, and a PayPal account to receive payments.
  • Independence: Willingness to self-declare earnings (participants are considered self-employed).
  • Assessment: Willingness to complete a short skills/eligibility screener to join our Domain Expert pool.

What you’ll be doing in the role

  • Evaluating Accuracy: Reviewing AI-generated responses to pharmaceutical scenarios and rating them for accuracy, safety, and clinical reasoning.
  • Comparative Analysis: Comparing multiple model answers and selecting/justifying the best response based on current pharmacy standards.
  • Content Creation: Writing improved exemplars, rationales, or structured feedback to help models learn where they fall short in medication counseling or pharmacology.
