About the Organisation
- A well‑established provider with 16 children’s residential homes
- Recently promoted two Registered Managers into Responsible Individual roles, demonstrating a strong commitment to internal progression
- A growing organisation with plans to open an additional 4–6 homes in the near future
- Actively seeking experienced and passionate professionals to grow with the business
The Role
As Registered Manager, you will play a key role in establishing and leading a high‑quality children’s home. Your responsibilities will include:
- Leading the set‑up, registration, and launch of the home
- Recruiting, developing, and managing your own staff team
- Ensuring high standards of care and full regulatory compliance
- Creating a safe, nurturing, and therapeutic environment for young people
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in residential childcare (within the last 5 years)
- At least 1 year in a supervisory or leadership role
- Level 5 Diploma in Leadership & Management (or currently working towards)
- Strong understanding of Ofsted regulations and safeguarding practices
