Responsibilities

• Work with clients to understand their hiring needs and solve their problems
• Advertise roles and create engaging strategies to attract top talent
• Interview candidates to match their skills to exciting opportunities
• Build strong relationships with both clients and candidates
• Bring on new business and grow your niche patch

What We’re Looking For

• Degree educated OR
• Sales experience required (Door to Door, Telesales, B2B, B2C) OR
• Recruitment experience required (6 months+)
• Financially driven & ambitious
• Social personality
