As the lead voice for the brand within the UK employee benefit space, this role blends creative storytelling with tactical execution. You will act as the guardian of the brand’s identity, ensuring that every piece of communication—from high-level digital campaigns to physical print assets—resonates with a consistent and compelling message.
Responsibilities
- Brand Strategy Execution: Drive brand growth by turning integrated communication plans into reality across digital, media, and print channels
- Creative Ownership: Maintain the brand’s visual and written identity, ensuring messaging and tone of voice remain consistent
- Multi-Channel Storytelling: Craft and implement engaging narratives across a diverse mix of marketing formats
- Integrated Campaign Management: Lead end-to-end marketing campaigns from planning to execution
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with design, product, sales, and account management to align branding with wider business goals
- Content Oversight: Influence and refine all content to meet senior-level standards within the marketing team
Qualifications
- Strategic Vision: Degree in marketing, communications or related field; ability to translate brand strategy into integrated plans across digital, print, and media
- Professional Experience: At least 4 years in brand and communications management, specifically in senior-level marketing roles
- Creative Storytelling: Strong writing and content creation skills; can adapt tone of voice for diverse B2B audiences and channels
- Technical Proficiency: Experience with website CMS, email marketing tools, and social media channels
- Interpersonal Excellence: Confident collaborator across design, sales, and product teams
- Industry Alignment: Interest in health and fitness with understanding of HR and employee benefits sector
Training and Development Goals (First 6 Months)
- Strategic Planning: Own the 2026 content strategy and map milestones and key industry events
- Partnership Management: Build and maintain relationships with external media partners to ensure high-quality content flow
- Internal Brand Authority: Serve as a central point of contact for branding and content guidance across the business
