Join us as a Senior UI/UX Designer – a critical component of our Agile Transformation Strategy. You will help embed Human‑Centred Design across our delivery tribes and work on products for private banking and wealth management customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Execute user research and usability tests to understand customer needs, pain points, and integrate feedback into banking products and services, collaborating with product managers and developers.
- Create intuitive, user‑friendly interfaces for digital banking platforms and applications to provide a seamless and engaging user experience.
- Design and maintain visually appealing and consistent user interfaces that align with the bank's brand identity and design guidelines across digital products.
- Produce wireframes and interactive prototypes for visualisation and testing of product concepts and features before development.
- Incorporate accessibility considerations to ensure designs meet accessibility standards and provide an inclusive experience for all users.
- Monitor industry trends, design best practices and emerging technologies to continuously improve the design quality and innovation of banking products.
Qualifications & Technical Skills
To be successful as a Senior UI/UX Designer, you should have experience with:
