Devon and Cornwall Police is looking for a Multi‑Media Officer to join our progressive communications team. You will produce compelling multi‑media content for both public and internal projects, from corporate videos to social media campaigns.

Key Responsibilities
- Produce and edit multimedia content (video, audio, graphics) for public and internal use.
- Travel across all regions of the Force to film a wide range of policing situations and activities.

- Help produce PR videos and campaigns that enhance the Force’s reputation.
- Use filming equipment to capture dynamic footage.
- Gain experience in drone filming and acquire aerial footage skills.
Who Are We Looking For?
- Graduated in media, film production, photography or a related field – or a self‑taught digital content creator.
- Strong passion for video production, photography and social media.
- Proficient in industry‑standard tools such as Adobe Creative Suite or DaVinci Resolve Studio, producing polished professional multimedia content.
- Thrives in a fast‑paced environment, able to adapt under pressure and tight timescales.
- Enjoys travelling and filming across beautiful regions, capturing the reality of modern policing.
Essential Skills & Experience
- Proven ability to create, edit and deliver digital content across multiple platforms.
- Demonstrable experience with photography, video production and audio recording.
- Knowledge of social media trends and how to use them to engage diverse audiences.
- Proficiency with digital design software such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign.
- Experience using a wide variety of filming equipment.
