Senior Designer – Cinema 4D exp, 3D Retail, POS, events / 3D environment

This role is for a highly creative, globally recognised integrated agency working across major consumer, FMCG, health & beauty, and entertainment brands.
We’re looking for a Conceptual Senior Designer with strong creative thinking, design craft and Cinema 4D visualisation skills, working across fast-paced retail and experiential projects.
This role combines creative ideation, design execution, 3D capability, and creative problem solving whist working closely with an ACD, Creative Directors, and the wider design team.
You’ll deliver standout work across retail, FMCG, health & beauty, and entertainment clients, contributing to shopper facing displays / FSDU's, POS, retail environments, activations, and experiential campaigns in collaboration with structural and production teams.
What You’ll Do
- Develop creative ideas through to execution across retail and experiential briefs (FSDUs, displays, retail environments, activations and events)
- Produce high quality 3D visualisations with Cinema 4D
- Conceptualise against creative briefs as well as taking concepts and adding value through design execution stages
- Collaborate closely with ACD’s and Creative Directors, as well as other designers and structural design and production teams
- Present ideas internally and support client presentations where required
- Ensure high quality design craft, detail, and brand consistency across all work
- Support pitch work through visualisation and design execution
- Be bale to work across multiple projects, meeting deadlines and maintaining output quality
What You’ll Bring
- Strong conceptual thinking and creative design skills
- Exceptional design craft and ability to add value to provided concepts with attention to detail
- Proven Cinema 4D experience for 3D visualisation
- Advanced skills in the Adobe Creative Suite as well as C4D
- Experience across retail, FMCG, health & beauty, and / or entertainment brands
- Background in retail activation, shopper marketing, POS, or experiential design
- Strong understanding of how design translates into physical environments
- Confident communicator and collaborative team player
- Detail focused, organised, and comfortable in a fast-paced environment
- Passion for high quality execution
