Who We’re Looking For
- 2+ years of experience in automotive sales management
- Proven ability to lead, coach, and develop high‑performing Sales Consultants
- Strong passion for sales, customer service, and relationship‑building
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Ability to create and maintain long‑term client relationships
- Strong understanding of CRM and dealership sales processes
- Proficient with MS Office, Outlook, and CRM systems
- Valid VSA license and BC Class 5 driver’s license with a clean abstract
- Results‑driven, organized, and comfortable working in a fast‑paced dealership environment
Schedule: Full‑Time
Compensation: $120,000-$150,000 per year
What Your Day Will Look Like
- Performance Monitoring & Coaching: Analyze team performance, provide continuous coaching, and support Sales Consultants in achieving sales targets
- Sales Leadership: Assist with deal structuring, negotiations, and closing opportunities
- Customer Experience: Handle customer escalations and ensure a seamless, premium purchase experience
- Inventory & Product Expertise: Stay informed on available inventory, Genesis product offerings, finance options, and market trends
- Reporting & Metrics: Track key sales KPIs and report performance against targets
- Team Development: Lead sales meetings, reinforce standards, and build a culture of accountability and excellence
