Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in the Greater Lincoln Area, United Kingdom, for an Installation & Service Engineer. Day-to-day responsibilities include installing and repairing equipment, providing technical support, performing maintenance and repair tasks, and offering field service to ensure the smooth operation of systems. The role will involve traveling to customer sites and ensuring timely installation and servicing of products.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Troubleshooting and problem-solving complex technical issues
• Experience in providing on-site Field Service and support
• Strong Technical Support and communication skills for effective interaction with clients and team members
• Expertise in Maintenance & Repair of electrical and electronic systems
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
• Relevant certifications or qualifications in engineering, electronics, or related fields are advantageous
• Willingness to travel to customer locations as required
