Electrical Project Manager – Southampton (Office Based)
Salary: £45,000 – £55,000 + Car Allowance / Company Car
We are currently seeking an experienced Electrical Project Manager to join our growing team, based out of our Southampton office.
This is an excellent opportunity for a driven and capable professional to take ownership of electrical projects across the UK, typically valued up to £1 million, with scope to work on a variety of challenging and rewarding schemes.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage electrical projects from pre-construction through to completion
- Oversee project delivery, ensuring programmes, budgets, and quality standards are achieved
- Coordinate and manage site teams, subcontractors, and suppliers effectively
- Ensure compliance with all health & safety and regulatory requirements
- Provide clear communication between site, office teams, and clients
- Monitor progress and report on project performance
Requirements
- Proven experience as an Electrical Project Manager or in a similar role
- Strong background in delivering electrical projects from inception to completion
- Ability to manage multiple projects, budgets, and programmes effectively
- Strong leadership and organisational skills
- Experience with Procore systems (desirable but not essential)
- Full UK driving licence
- Must be based within a commutable distance of Southampton
- Willingness and flexibility to travel across UK project sites when required
