Hybrid working with at least 3 days per week onsite in Cheltenham. Salary up to £50K subject to skills & experience, plus a fantastic benefits package to include company bonuses.

Designing award‑winning products for our market‑leading brands – Mira Showers, Rada and Recoup – is our lifeblood. We focus on investment; investing in the best technology and resources available and in each and every individual. As an individual contributor, you will provide expert guidance on regulatory strategy, standards interpretation, and conformity assessment, supporting multi‑disciplinary teams to ensure products meet applicable legal, regulatory, and certification requirements for global markets.

The role includes direct liaison with approval bodies and external test houses, taking ownership for the successful delivery of compliance activities within the New Product Development (NPD) function.
