Job Description

Whatyou’llbedoing

• Managingmechanicalprojectdeliveryfrompre-constructionhandoverthroughtocompletion
• Managingprojectbudgets,costcontrol,andcommercialperformancealongsideQuantitySurveyors
• Maintainingstrongrelationshipswithclients,consultants,andmaincontractors
• Managingsubcontractorperformance,productivity,andqualitystandards
• Identifyingandmanagingprojectrisks,variations,andtechnicalchallenges
• EnsuringallworksaredeliveredsafelyandinlinewithEHSQrequirements
• Providingregularprogressupdates,reporting,andforecastingtoseniormanagement
• Drivingqualitystandardsandsnag-freedeliveryacrossprojects

• Minimum7+years’experiencewithintheM&E/MechanicalBuildingServicesindustry
• Strongcommercialawarenessandunderstandingofprojectfinancials
• ValidCSCSBlackCard
• Excellentleadershipandcommunicationskills
• Strongknowledgeofmechanicalsystems,commissioning,andprojectdeliveryprocesses
• ExperienceusingMSProject,Asta,Procore,Fieldview,orsimilarplatforms
• Abilitytomanagefast-paced,technicallycomplexprojects
• MembershipofCIOB,APM,orCIBSE
• ExperiencemanagingmultidisciplinaryM&Eteams
