- Managingmechanicalprojectdeliveryfrompre-constructionhandoverthroughtocompletion
- Managingprojectbudgets,costcontrol,andcommercialperformancealongsideQuantitySurveyors
- Maintainingstrongrelationshipswithclients,consultants,andmaincontractors
- Managingsubcontractorperformance,productivity,andqualitystandards
- Identifyingandmanagingprojectrisks,variations,andtechnicalchallenges
- EnsuringallworksaredeliveredsafelyandinlinewithEHSQrequirements
- Providingregularprogressupdates,reporting,andforecastingtoseniormanagement
- Drivingqualitystandardsandsnag-freedeliveryacrossprojects

- ExperienceusingMSProject,Asta,Procore,Fieldview,orsimilarplatforms
- Abilitytomanagefast-paced,technicallycomplexprojects
- MembershipofCIOB,APM,orCIBSE
- ExperiencemanagingmultidisciplinaryM&Eteams
