If you're passionate about HVDC technology and eager to make an impact, we encourage you to apply!**We are unable to provide visa support for this position.****How You'll Make an Impact:*** Serve as the primary contact for technical matters with customers.* Ensure complete and multidisciplinary information in engineering development.* Lead the development of new solutions for complex projects and challenges.* Drive the completion of all engineering activities on projects.* Provide technical support for testing, installation, and commissioning activities.* Prepare project documents within budget, scope, and contract.* Ensure adherence to safety standards and mitigate potential risks.* Maintain technical quality in contracts, documents, and deliveries.**Your Background:*** Academic degree in Engineering (e.g., Electrical Engineering or similar).* 5+ years of experience in a similar lead role.* Experience with HVDC technology is a plus.* Power industry experience or similar a must.* Communication and collaboration skills.* Ability to take a leading role and deliver quality results.* Fluency in English, both verbally and in writing; other languages are an advantage.* Candidate must already have work authorization that would permit them to work for Hitachi Energy in the UK.## Qualified individuals with a disability may request a reasonable accommodation if you are unable or limited in your ability to use or access the Hitachi Energy career site as a result of your disability.
