TLP have been working with Toyota (GB) PLC for over 25 years and are a trusted partner. This role will be employed by TLP (secondment to Toyota (GB) PLC).

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Used Vehicle Admin Specialist (Wholesale) to join a fast-paced and evolving Remarketing team. This is a fantastic opportunity to play a key role in managing used vehicle operations, supporting wholesale activity, and leading a small team within a dynamic automotive environment.

You’ll be responsible for ensuring vehicles are prepared, managed, and sold efficiently, while driving process improvements and supporting key stakeholders across the business.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead, coach and develop a team of 4, including 1:1s, performance reviews and training plans
  • Oversee pre-sale vehicle checks to ensure accuracy and speed to market
  • Manage vehicle stock across auction platforms, including documentation and post-sale processes
  • Ensure accurate stock status management within internal systems (Zaiko)
  • Monitor vehicle collections and deliveries in line with SLAs
  • Collaborate with Accounts to resolve payment queries and ensure timely processing
  • Support online retail activity, including stock allocation and order fulfilment
  • Manage shared inboxes, ensuring timely communication with stakeholders, suppliers and networks
  • Conduct regular stock reviews with key internal stakeholders (One Toyota)
  • Support wholesale admin and claims queries
  • Drive continuous improvement through process reviews and automation opportunities
  • Support ongoing and new projects, including implementation of processes and SLAs

About You

  • Proven experience in a team leadership or supervisory role
  • Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail
  • Confident communicator, both written and verbal
  • Proactive problem solver with a continuous improvement mindset
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong analytical skills and experience interpreting data
  • Experience within the automotive or used vehicle market (desirable)
