Key Responsibilities
- Lead the design, analysis, and review of structural systems to ensure safety, robustness, and sustainability.
- Develop detailed design calculations, specifications, and construction documentation.
- Conduct site inspections, report defects and recommend design solutions.
- Collaborate with architects, contractors, and multi‑disciplinary teams throughout the project lifecycle.
- Provide technical guidance and mentor junior engineers.
Required Qualifications
- Degree in Civil or Structural Engineering (or equivalent).
- Chartered Engineer with relevant professional membership.
- Strong experience in building structure design and specification to standards/regulations.
- Proficiency in structural analysis and design software such as Robot, ETABS, and SAFE.
- Ability to conduct structural inspections and report defects.
- Knowledge of multi‑disciplinary design processes.
