Project Controls Director

We’re working with a leading organisation in London looking to appoint a Project Controls Director to drive performance across high-value, complex projects and programmes.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Leading and developing a high-performing project controls function across major programmes
• Overseeing planning, cost, risk, and reporting to ensure integrated controls and accurate performance insight
• Providing strategic direction on governance, controls frameworks, and best practice
• Engaging with senior stakeholders to support informed decision-making and programme assurance
• Driving continuous improvement across systems, tools, and delivery methodologies

What We’re Looking For

• Extensive experience in project controls leadership within major projects or programmes
• Strong background across planning, cost, risk, and performance management
• Proven ability to lead teams and influence at senior / executive level
• Experience in infrastructure, capital projects, or complex delivery environments
• Strategic mindset with strong communication and leadership capability

Location: London

Salary: £100,000 – £150,000

Sector: Infrastructure / major programmes / capital delivery
