Dual‑Machinery Proficiency

• Proven experience setting up and operating both CNC milling and CNC turning machines, with the flexibility to move between platforms in a dynamic production environment.

Advanced CNC Programming Understanding

• Confident interpreting 3‑ to 5‑axis toolpaths generated from modern CAD/CAM systems such as Edgecam, Mastercam, Fusion 360, or similar. You understand the intent behind the program and can optimise setups accordingly.

• A methodical approach to tooling—tracking run data, monitoring tool wear, and documenting performance. You use evidence‑based insight to recommend tool life improvements, cycle‑time reductions, and cost efficiencies.

• A natural problem‑solver who actively contributes to Kaizen, Lean, or continuous‑improvement initiatives. You’re not afraid to challenge the status quo and bring forward practical, actionable ideas that improve quality, efficiency, and consistency.
