Are you a Senior Recruitment Consultant who wants to build something different for your career? Then keep reading. Recruitment has become increasingly transactional. CVs are sent, roles are filled, and relationships are often short-lived. That’s not how we operate. Hyperion was founded to bring discipline, transparency, tenacity and genuine partnership back into recruitment. We’re building something different.
We work with organisations across social housing, residential property and living sectors, helping them secure the people who keep homes safe, communities supported and buildings operating at their best. Our clients include housing associations, managing agents, developers, and operators across the UK.
Now, as we continue to grow, we’re looking for a Senior Recruitment Consultant who wants more than another recruitment desk. Someone who wants to build a market, build relationships and help build the business.
This is a role for someone who wants ownership and autonomy, but also the support of a business that understands the sectors we recruit into. As a Senior Consultant, you will take responsibility for developing your own market within the housing, property or residential living sectors, building long‑term client partnerships and becoming a trusted advisor within your space. We’re not interested in quick wins or transactional placements. We focus on long‑term talent partnerships, helping clients solve real hiring challenges while supporting candidates to build meaningful careers.
Hyperion operates across two key areas of the residential sector.
We’re looking for someone who already knows recruitment and is ready to take the next step in their career.
Most importantly, we want someone who shares our approach: professional, relationship‑driven, and committed to doing recruitment properly.
