Our clients include housing associations, managing agents, developers, and operators across the UK.

Now, as we continue to grow, we’re looking for a Senior Recruitment Consultant who wants more than another recruitment desk. Someone who wants to build a market, build relationships and help build the business.

Core focus of the Senior Recruitment Consultant

This is a role for someone who wants ownership and autonomy, but also the support of a business that understands the sectors we recruit into. As a Senior Consultant, you will take responsibility for developing your own market within the housing, property or residential living sectors, building long‑term client partnerships and becoming a trusted advisor within your space. We’re not interested in quick wins or transactional placements. We focus on long‑term talent partnerships, helping clients solve real hiring challenges while supporting candidates to build meaningful careers.

The day‑to‑day of the role

• Building and growing a specialist recruitment desk within housing or residential property
• Developing strong relationships with both clients and candidatesManaging the full recruitment lifecycle from business development to placement
• Identifying and securing new business opportunities
• Acting as a trusted advisor to clients on hiring strategy, market insights and talent attraction
• Delivering a recruitment process that prioritises quality, transparency and long‑term success

The skills you need

We’re looking for someone who already knows recruitment and is ready to take the next step in their career.

You’ll Likely Have

• 3+ years recruitment experience
• A proven track record of billing and developing clients
• The confidence to own a desk and grow a market
• Strong relationship building skills
• A genuine interest in the housing, property or built environment sectors
• The ambition to build something long‑term
