Atebolrwydd
- Integreiddio'n llawn fel partneriaid busnes gydag uwch arweinwyr er mwyn pennu blaenoriaethau AD a darparu atebion creadigol, priodol a chyngor cyfraith cyflogaeth sy'n cefnogi strategaeth Amgueddfa Cymru.
- Sicrhau bod arweinwyr/rheolwyr yn cael arweiniad arbenigol ac yn cael eu cefnogi yn unol â chyfraith a pholisïau cyflogaeth.
- Gweithio mewn partneriaeth â thimau arwain i gyflwyno gweithgareddau a phrosesau pobl blynyddol, ymgynghori ar faterion rheoli perfformiad, talent a chynllunio ar gyfer olyniaeth.
- Gweithio fel rhan o'r tîm AD i ddatblygu a gweithredu polisi ac ymarfer AD ar lefel safle, er mwyn bodloni gofynion gweithredol a chyfreithiol sy'n newid.
- Darparu arweiniad ar faterion hanfodol sy’n ymwneud â chysylltiadau gweithwyr a rheoli achosion cymhleth.
- Coetsio rheolwyr ac arweinwyr i reoli eu pobl ac ymwreiddio'r model arfer gorau.
- Meithrin partneriaeth ag eraill yn y tîm AD i sicrhau dealltwriaeth a bod prosesau allweddol yn cael eu cyflawni mewn da bryd.
Role purpose
To partner with Directors, leaders, and managers in order to influence and lead all people related issues including recruitment, employee relations, learning and development, organisational design, talent management and succession planning and change. The Ability to speak Welsh and undertake simple written communications such as emails to provide staff with the ability to work in the language of their choice.
Accountabilities
- To be fully integrated as business partners with senior leaders in order to determine HR priorities and deliver creative, appropriate solutions and employment law advice that support Amgueddfa Cymru’s strategy
- To ensure leaders/managers are given expert guidance and supported in line with employment law and policies.
- To work in partnership with leadership teams to deliver annual people activities and processes, consulting on performance management, talent, and succession planning.
- To work as part of the HR team to develop and implement HR policy and practice at site level to meet changing operational and legal requirements.
- To provide guidance on critical employee relations issues and manage complex cases
- To coach managers and leaders in managing their people and embed the BP model
- To partner with others in the HR team to ensure understanding and timely delivery of key HR processes.
