Role Description

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Payroll Officer for a full-time, on-site role at our Chapel-En-Le-Frith location. The Payroll Officer will handle payroll administration, ensure compliance with payroll taxes, and manage the accuracy and timeliness of payroll services. Daily responsibilities will include processing employee payments, maintaining records, and providing support to the finance team. The role also involves responding to payroll-related queries and ensuring adherence to relevant regulations and policies.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Payroll Administration, Payroll Services, and knowledge of Payroll Taxes.
• Strong financial acumen and basic understanding of Finance principles.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to interact effectively with team members and resolve inquiries.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills.
• Prior experience in a payroll or finance-related role is advantageous.
• Proficiency in payroll software and tools is preferred.
• Relevant certifications in Payroll or Finance are a plus.
