The RLCManager is a key role within our Pastoral Team, supporting students to reflecton behaviour choices, re‑engage with learning and achieve positive outcomes. You will oversee the daily running of the RLC, working with students whorequire time out of mainstream lessons and delivering academic, restorative andbehaviour‑support interventions.
You will beproactive, resilient and skilled at motivating disengaged learners, de‑escalatingchallenging situations and promoting positive behaviour in line with our valuesof Resilience, Integrity, Trust and Ambition. Working closely with colleagues,you will help plan and deliver targeted interventions that support bothacademic progress and lasting behaviour improvement.
NB: Allpost-holders at the White Rose Academies Trust are responsible for improvingthe outcomes for learners and upholding the ethos of the academies.
