Key Responsibilities
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research and outreach
- Build strong relationships with new and existing customers
- Develop and execute tailored sales strategies to meet targets
- Negotiate effectively to close deals that benefit both client and company
- Upsell and cross-sell products to maximise value
- Deliver excellent customer service and follow through on commitments
Requirements
- Previous experience in a sales role is preferred
- A strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Highly organised, self-motivated, and results-focused
- Comfortable working independently and as part of a team
- Strong time management and creative problem-solving abilities
