1:1 Behaviour Specialist – Bradford — Bradford | Full-Time | ASAP / September Start

Are you confident, resilient, and experienced in supporting challenging behaviour? Do you have a strong background working in UK schools? If so, this could be the perfect role for you.

Responsibilities

• Working 1:1 with a pupil displaying challenging behaviour
• Building a strong, positive relationship to support engagement
• Managing and de-escalating behaviour effectively
• Supporting the pupil’s academic and emotional development
• Working closely with teaching staff and SEN teams

Must Have

• Previous experience working in UK schools
• Strong behaviour management skills
• Experience supporting SEMH / challenging behaviour
• Ability to stay calm, consistent, and resilient

Ideal Background

• Behaviour Mentor / Teaching Assistant / Support Worker
• Experience in PRUs or alternative provisions
• Team Teach (or similar) training
