Private Client Lawyer

An experienced Lawyer who can deal with their own caseload, including Wills, Powers of Attorney, Trust, Tax, Probate and Estate Administration, as well help develop business for the firm.

Key Responsibilities

• Drafting wills
• Powers of attorney
• Effectively handling an established caseload for a variety of individual clients.
• Take responsibility for all customary legal areas, including trust, probate, and tax advice work.
• Progress caseload in a timely and efficient manner, ensuring service level agreements are met by using the case management system.
• Recognise the importance of providing a profitable contribution to the department through own fee earning work.
• Attending clients in their own environment as required.
• Promote a compassionate and sensitive disposition and client experience when dealing with the elderly or incapacitated.
