The Opportunity
This is an exciting hands‑on opportunity for an ambitious sales professional who wants real impact in a growing business. Fully remote, you’ll work directly with the directors to build and lead the sales function — managing inbound enquiries and proactively generating new business opportunities across the UK.
If you have a strong commercial mindset, excellent communication skills, and some exposure to IT or MSP services, this is your chance to shape our sales growth while enjoying the flexibility of fully remote working.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and develop the sales function in close partnership with the company directors
- Manage and convert inbound enquiries into qualified opportunities and new clients
- Proactively generate leads remotely.
- Ensuring that targets are met
- Warming prospects and securing a sale
- Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline across the UK (with a focus on London, Essex, Hertfordshire, Berkshire, Hampshire, Surrey, Devon)
- Prepare and deliver compelling proposals, presentations, and quotes
- Collaborate with our technical team to ensure accurate scoping and smooth client onboarding
- Represent ClearTrust MSP at industry events, Microsoft Teams Meetings, and virtual networking groups
- Contribute to sales strategy, marketing initiatives, and overall business growth planning
About You
- Proven experience in IT sales, technology business development, or ideally within an MSP environment
- Good technical understanding or familiarity with IT support, cloud services (Microsoft 365/Azure), cybersecurity, or managed IT solutions
- Confident communicator who can build trust and rapport quickly with business owners and decision‑makers
- Self‑motivated and proactive — confident working independently to generate and close opportunities
- Highly organised, target‑driven, and comfortable in a fast‑paced, growing SME environment
- A positive, energetic attitude and desire to help shape the role as the business scales
