PR: Account Manager / Senior Account Manager – B2B Tech Communications

The agency partners closely with founders, leadership teams and investors at start‑ups and scale‑ups, helping them define narrative, build trust and turn communications into a genuine growth lever. Campaigns are insight‑led, measurable and tightly aligned to business objectives.
This role is ideal for an Account Manager or a Senior Account Manager who enjoys autonomy, founder‑facing work and shaping strategy — as well as playing a meaningful role in the growth of an ambitious, entrepreneurial agency.
About the role
- Lead and oversee integrated PR programmes across multiple tech clients.
- Act as the senior day‑to‑day contact for founders and leadership teams.
- Shape narrative strategy, messaging frameworks and thought leadership.
- Oversee proactive and reactive media relations across tech and business press.
- Guide and mentor junior team members, ensuring high‑quality delivery.
- Translate coverage and performance data into commercial insight for clients.
- Identify opportunities for organic growth across accounts.
- Contribute to new business strategy, pitches and proposition development.
About you
- 2+ years’ experience in B2B tech, fintech or complex sector PR.
- Proven experience leading accounts and advising senior stakeholders.
- Strong editorial judgement with the ability to simplify complex topics.
- Confident managing media relationships and guiding press strategy.
- Commercially minded, strategic and comfortable operating autonomously.
- Enjoys working in fast‑growth environments with ambiguity and pace.
- Low‑ego leader who values ownership, curiosity and collaboration.
