Landscape South Manager

Employment Details

Part‑time, Fixed‑term (0.6 FTE, 96 months).

Responsibilities

The Landscape South Manager will lead on administration for Landscape South, working closely with the Landscape South Director to ensure the successful implementation of Landscape South through Royal Holloway and partner institutions, and will provide line management of the Landscape South Training Officer.

Responsibilities include:

• Administration of Landscape South activities.
• Line management of the Landscape South Training Officer.
• Collaboration with partner institutions.

Qualifications

Applicants should hold an education to degree level or equivalent and have a strong understanding of the Higher Education sector. Eligibility to work in the UK or have leave to remain in the UK is required.

Desired skills and experience include:

• Strategic thinking and planning.
• Strong interpersonal, organisational and problem‑solving skills.
• High level of written and IT literacy and communication skills.
• Strong team‑working skills.
• Experience of line management and team leadership, professional communication with staff and service users.
• Ability to work collaboratively, review and develop processes.

Location

Post based in Egham, Surrey, with possible events at London campus (e.g., Bedford Square or Stewart House). Some remote working may be possible for this role.
