• Coordinate across teams to keep work on track
• Support recruitment, onboarding, and people activities
• Improve processes and drive operational efficiency

• Confident working with senior stakeholders
• Able to juggle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Reliable, solutions-focused, and hands‑on
• Experience in EA, operations, or team coordination (consultancy preferred)
