  • Drive new business acquisition across hotels, airlines, OTAs, and destination organizations
  • Own and close large, complex enterprise deals involving multiple stakeholders across C-suite, marketing, revenue, and technology teams
  • Build and expand strategic relationships across the RateGain Travel Technologies Limited, Sojern, and Adara ecosystem
  • Identify and unlock cross-sell and upsell opportunities across the full platform suite
  • Develop strong executive-level relationships to drive long-term partnerships
  • Collaborate closely with Product, Marketing, and Customer Success to align on market needs and drive revenue outcomes
  • Build and manage a robust pipeline, ensuring consistent forecasting and deal velocity
  • Represent the organization at industry events, conferences, and client engagements across Europe
  • Continuously track market trends, competitive landscape, and customer needs to refine strategy

Qualifications

  • 8–12+ years of experience in enterprise sales within AdTech, MarTech, Travel Tech, or SaaS
  • Demonstrated success in closing high-value, multi-threaded enterprise deals
  • Strong understanding of digital advertising, data platforms, or the travel ecosystem
  • Proven ability to engage and influence C-level stakeholders
  • Experience in managing long sales cycles and complex deal structures
  • Strong hunter mindset with a track record of new logo acquisition and account expansion
  • Experience working across UK and/or DACH markets
  • German language proficiency is a strong advantage
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
