Main duties:
- To manage and grow customer accounts within the DACH region by handling sales activities, supporting business development efforts and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Manage and develop customer accounts within assigned territories
- Quote and negotiate pricing as well as process customer orders efficiently
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth operations
- Maintain regular communication with customers to secure orders and provide support
- Support Business Development Managers in driving growth with existing accounts
- Monitor and manage inventory levels based on forecasts and customer demand
- Handle returns and resolve customer issues while maintaining satisfaction
Candidate’s Profile
- Fluency in German or a European language (written and spoken) highly desirable
- Previous experience in sales or account management recommended
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong time management and organisational skills
- Lives within commutable distance from the office
