Senior Administration Officer

Role Overview

To provide specialised, comprehensive and confidential patient‑centred clerical administration within the Oncology Chemotherapy service to patients, consultants and their teams in accordance with departmental, Trust and national standards, policies and procedures.

As a Senior Administration Officer, you will enjoy working directly with patients to resolve their queries and recognise the importance of first‑class communication skills to achieve patient satisfaction.
