Drive Growth Across European Markets
This role focuses on generating new business opportunities and building strong client relationships across Germany, Austria, and Switzerland. You’ll play a key part in expanding market presence by identifying prospects, initiating conversations, and supporting the development of long‑term partnerships.
What You’ll Do
- Proactively engage prospective clients through cold calling, email outreach, and networking
- Generate and qualify leads, securing meetings for senior sales teams
- Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline, nurturing early‑stage relationships
- Research target markets to identify trends, decision‑makers, and opportunities
- Collaborate with senior stakeholders to refine outreach and engagement strategies
- Track and report on pipeline performance, lead activity, and conversion metrics
- Work closely with regional and global teams to share insights and drive growth
What You Bring
- 1–3+ years’ experience in business development or a client‑facing role (B2B preferred)
- Proven success in lead generation and appointment setting
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship‑building skills
- Highly motivated, proactive, and results‑driven mindset
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Data‑driven approach with experience using CRM systems
Languages
- Professional fluency in German and English is essential
