Drive growth by identifying, nurturing, and converting new business opportunities. Create a high-quality pipeline through outbound activity and qualified appointments. Understand customer challenges and position tailored technology solutions to deliver value and revenue.
Build and manage your own pipeline through outbound activity (cold calling, email outreach, LinkedIn engagement, networking). Work with BDEs to follow up on qualified leads and appointments.
Assess customer needs and pain points, shape tailored sales strategies, prepare thoroughly for meetings, and collaborate with BDEs when leads are handed over.
Deliver compelling presentations articulating Welcomm’s value proposition across our technology portfolio. Build trust and position Welcomm as a preferred partner during contract renewals.
Conduct face‑to‑face and virtual meetings, understand customer requirements, and present appropriate solutions. Work with product specialists to ensure technical accuracy.
Collaborate with Sales Admin to produce accurate, competitive quotes aligned with customer expectations.
Liaise with internal teams throughout pre‑ and post‑sales to ensure seamless delivery and customer satisfaction.
Maintain detailed, accurate records of interactions, pipeline activity, and sales progress in our CRM system for forecasting, compliance, and future engagement.
Work toward defined KPIs: outbound activity, lead generation, CRM hygiene, monthly and quarterly sales targets. Receive guidance from the Head of Business Development.
Negotiate and close deals to maximise gross profit. Oversee onboarding and manage the account for 12 months post‑sale to ensure retention and identify upsell opportunities.
Engage in coaching sessions, embrace feedback, and apply new tactics. Work with the Head of Business Development to create a personal development plan and pursue ongoing learning.
