Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; MBA preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years experience in regional management, business development, or sales.
- Proven ability to develop strategies that drive revenue growth and market expansion.
- Strong leadership and team management skills with experience leading cross‑functional teams.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

- Willingness to travel frequently within the assigned region.
- Proficiency with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Hours per week: 37.00. Start time: 09:00. End time: 17:00. Pay per hour: £25.24. Location: Cardiff, Cardiff County.
