BLUE HARBOUR CONSULTING LTD is seeking a dedicated and experienced Client Services Manager to join our dynamic team in London, United Kingdom. This is a Full-Time position ideal for a professional who is passionate about building exceptional client relationships and leading a team to deliver outstanding service. As a key member of our organisation, you will be responsible for managing our client portfolio, ensuring client satisfaction, and driving retention and growth. The successful candidate will be a strategic thinker with excellent communication skills and a proven track record in a client‑facing leadership role.
Salary: £48,000 - £64,000 per annum, commensurate with experience.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain strong, long‑lasting relationships with our key clients, acting as their primary point of contact.
- Lead, mentor, and support the client services team to ensure the consistent delivery of high‑quality service.
- Understand client needs and objectives, and collaborate with internal teams to ensure these are met effectively.
- Oversee the entire client service lifecycle, from onboarding to project completion and ongoing support.
- Identify opportunities for growth within existing accounts and contribute to the development of new business.
- Manage and resolve complex client issues or complaints in a timely and professional manner.
- Analyse client feedback and performance data to implement service improvements and optimise processes.
- Prepare and present regular reports on account status, client satisfaction, and team performance to senior management.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Client Services Manager, Account Manager, or in a similar client‑focused leadership role, preferably within a consulting or professional services environment.
- Exceptional leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate others.
- Excellent written and verbal communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- A strong commercial awareness and a client‑centric approach to problem‑solving.
- Demonstrable ability to manage multiple client accounts and projects simultaneously.
- Proficiency in CRM software and the Microsoft Office Suite.
- A bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is highly desirable.
